Cancellations and Returns

Cancellation of orders or some portion of orders must be made recorded as a hard copy, through email or fax, and until done as such, will remain an order. Please Note - Minor Scratches or tears on the product will not be considered as damaged product. However our expert team will make sure that those scratches are taken care of.

Refund Policy

Silver Lake Premium customers have 24 hours after receiving delivery* to request a return or make a claim by reaching our service group at [email protected].
The returned product(s) must be in Silver Lake Premium ownership inside 24 hours from the date of receiving the delivery. All product(s) returned must meet the accompanying conditions to be acknowledged:
  1. Returned in unique bundling
  2. Unique receipts and receipt
  3. Every single included embellishment and parts
  4. Not gathered or somewhat collected

In a re-sellable condition

In the event that a returned product is found not re-sellable by Silver Lake Premium (at its sole discretion), Silver Lake Premium reserves the option to credit just half or less of the product price paid by the purchaser.
